What is Harry Magic: Potions Class?
Harry Magic: Potions Class is a potion making game for iPhone and iPad. You play a first-year at a wizard school. Each class gives you a recipe in exact parts and one minute to pour it into the cauldron, and the Professor gives you a mark. There are ten classes, eight potions and one final exam.
How a class works
-
Pour the recipe
Lift a vial with one finger and tip it over the cauldron. Love Potion takes 60% Nightshade, 30% Mermaid Tears and 10% Dragon Blood, and you judge the layers by eye.
-
Mind the toads and the fire
Toads hop into your potion, so swipe them out. Tap the salamander under the cauldron when the fire cools down.
-
Earn your mark
Pour it right and the Professor says "Superb! Not a drop spilled." Pour it wrong and he says "That's not a potion, it's soup. Start over."
Eight potions in the recipe book
Five ingredients stand on your bench. Each recipe you pass is written into the book with its exact parts.

Mixology: learn to mix colors
Between potion classes you mix red, yellow and blue paint drop by drop until the bottle matches the potion's color. Match it and you get the recipe. A table on the parchment shows what each pair of colors makes.
Made for fans of wizard school stories
If the potions classes were your favorite part of Harry Potter, this game puts you at the bench with the cauldron, the vials and a strict Professor. Sixteen medals hang in the hall, three of them secret. Harry Magic is an independent game with its own recipes, and it has no connection to the Harry Potter books or films.
